How is the JIS flange designed?

My country's work on flange design basically began in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China. In the design of the high-pressure pipe flange of the ammonia plant, my country has followed the method of the former Soviet Union TY 5100-the calculation method of Zakharinke. The promotion and application of pressure vessel flange design methods in my country began in the 20th century.
At the beginning of the era, the flange calculation mostly adopted the V4Taters method and the former Soviet Union's Nine T method. Later, the Ministry of Chemical Industry issued the "Steel Chemical Vessel Design Regulations", in which the flange design method used the VTaterS method. Since then, the Waters method has been used in my country's petroleum industry. The flange design of chemical pressure vessels occupies a dominant position. In the 2480s, my country formulated the first national standard for casing flanges with reference to the draft international standard I51I 705I1, namely UI3 I13^-913-19$8. This set of flange standards includes the laws subordinate to the two systems of America and Europe. Correspondingly, the Waters method and the German nIN a flange design method were adopted for the national standard flange strength check. For non-standard flanges, the results obtained by using different flange design calculation methods are not the same.
Therefore, which flange calculation method is used for flange design is a problem that people are more concerned and studied in depth. For standardized flanges, the flange design calculation method is only used as a strength check, and the size of the flange will not change. my country's current Japanese standard flange national standard is completely equivalent to the international standard. It is completely consistent with the international standard in terms of flange type and structural size. The flange size is internationally interchangeable. However, in terms of flange materials and applicable pressure-temperature ratings, they are calculated with reference to international and foreign standards in accordance with the performance of domestic materials and certain design methods. Therefore, the strength of the flange in the national standard and whether the connection sealing requirements can be guaranteed, still need to carry out the corresponding strength calculation and analysis.
